DELIVERY TIMES

Goods should be sent to the Buyer by a courier agency. The shipping company guarantees the delivery of the shipment anywhere in EUROPE within 1-7 working days. The delivery times may be altered by local or national holidays. If the bank transfer payment option has been selected for your order, bear in mind that your order will not be produced until we have received the bank transfer.

The exact cost of delivery is displayed in your shopping cart, before you are asked to pay for the order. Shipping costs vary according to the weight and destination of your order.

  • We are unable to deliver to a PO BOX address.

  • At specific times of year, such as Christmas, Black Friday, New Year, or Bank Holidays we are unable to guarantee our delivery dates, due to saturation of transport services.    

  • RETURN POLICIES - DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • Our Customer Service department provides an after-sales service to help you with any problems you may have with our products and deliveries. Our aim is to provide a fast and efficient service to our customers. 

  • Problems with the Delivery and/or damaged packages? In case your order has not arrived in perfect conditions, (damaged products) please take note how to proceed:

           1.- Take pictures of the boxes, the transport labels (very important) and the damaged products. Spent your time with these pictures, is very important in order to avoid misunderstandings, and to solve quickly the incident

           2.- Send the pictures and a short explanation of the incident/problem to sales@rokodromo.com (IMPORTANT: Please write the order number  in the SUBJECT BAR)

           3.- After that, our Customer Service Teamhas all the necessary information to correct your order and to quickly solve the incident, replacing the damaged products.

  • If everything has arrived ok, but for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following 14 calendar days of the delivery date marked on the order. (Spanish Law in art. 102 & 104, of the R.D.L. 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the general law for the defence of consumers and users  and other complementary laws.).*
  • Simply send back the "unused" product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all guarantees, labels and instructions of use. Please remember that the customer pays shipping costs to return an item to our warehouse.

    It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.

    Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and their condition has been checked, EURO-HOLDS GROUP will accept the return and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to place the order: 

    a. If you paid for your order by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same credit card account.

    b. If you paid for your order by Paypal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account

    c. If you paid for you order C.O.D or by Bank Transfer, you will be asked to provide us with a Bank Account number so that we can process the refund.

  • Note: The amount will be refunded to your account within a period of 20 days, which will be calculated from the date the returned goods were received at our warehouse. Bear in mind that if you paid by credit card, the refund will probably not be shown on your bank invoice until it is updated, the following month.

  • Note 2 Transport costs are not included in refund, and in case the products are not perfectly packaged or ready to sell, a 20% refund charge could be applied.
