USER GUIDE_______________

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR INSTALLATION OF CLIMBING HOLDS
Holds must be installed on a flat surface and the base of this should fully support the panel,  should never stand for this by any side.
Always use the recommended diameter bolts (M10) and the appropriate length for proper tightening . Although our holds support diameter M8, are not certified for this type of screws.
It is necessary and essential to use anti twist screw . Unexpected holds rotations are avoided and avoid breakage and accidents.
Holds should be placed in the appropriate place according to their shape . A Holds designed for roof or overhang is a very positive Hold and you mustn't use ina a Slab, because it may be even harmful.

Install Holds on wood panels with a thickness of 18 -20mm recommended with correspondin certified T-nuts.

CENTRAL SCREW TORQUE

Tightening torque central bolt is important for several reasons:

• Must be high enough so that it is firmly attached , while preventing rotation of hold.
• It should not be excessive , because the hold may break or damage anchor points of the structure.

Depending on the size of Hold, find here the length of the screw and the recommended torque.

ANTI-SPIN SCREW

All Rokodromo Holds, have one or more anti-spin wood screw pre-drilled holes. After fixing the hold with central screw is necessary to fix it with at least one of the side screws . This will avoid completely the possibility of rotation or displacement of the hold during the use.

* These secondary anti-spin screws should be set carefully, and always finish by hand as excessive tightening could break the holds

CLEANING

To effectively clean the holds we advise cleaning with specific washer liquid or with jet wash. Higher temperatures can potentially damage the holds and affect colour, we recommend temperatures to not exceed 50 degrees C.
